We take pride in the quality of our premium cookware and offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our site. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely place the items in their original All-Clad packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
